Most programmes that promise to help you get moving are fundamentally motivational. They assume you don't want it badly enough, don't have the right strategy, or haven't pushed hard enough. They offer better techniques for forcing yourself to do the thing you're not doing.
Get Moving is built on a different premise. The problem is not lack of motivation. It is blocked energy. Something in the nervous system — in the body, in the layers of frozen response accumulated over a lifetime — is generating resistance at a level below conscious decision.
This programme doesn't push harder.
It goes to the layer where the blocking actually lives —
and works with it there.
Gently, precisely, and often surprisingly quickly.
You already want to do the thing. You may already know exactly what to do. The resistance is not in the wanting or the knowing. When the obstruction clears, action becomes possible — not because you forced it, but because there's nothing in the way.
